The Presets may have been the headliner at Union Transfer last night but it was Dragonette that entranced the crowd.

“‘My Legs‘ is my life,” a fan shouted from the front of the stage, referring to Dragonette’s popular dance track.

“Your life is about to begin,” bass/keyboard player Dan Kurtz replied.

And with the start of the song, the crowd erupted, everyone bouncing up and down.

Another fan barked at lead singer Martina Sorbara, “I love your legs!”

A frantic young man at the foot of the stage looked at Kurtz and said, “I’d rather see his legs.”

Sorbara danced along with every song, smiling at the fans and chatting them up in between.

“We’ve had such a great day,” Sorbara told the crowd.

Earlier, she and her bandmates stopped by and watched the Broad Street Run. After the show, she Instgrammed an image of her and drummer Joel Stouffer making funny faces.

The Presets were fantastic as well. They just didn’t have the energy that Sorbara and her Dragonette bandmates presented. The two-man Australian electro team hit the stage with an elaborate light display but they simply played non-stop dance beats. Singer Julian Hamilton occasionally danced away from the keyboards but drummer Kim Moyes looked fairly bored at times.

Regardless, the thin crowd took advantage of all the room on the dance floor by letting it all fly loose.
