PHSH Tank Block Party @ Kung Fu Necktie.

This past Saturday, Philly’s own Matthew Law (DJ PHSH, above) and graphic design powerhouse SEDSO teamed up for the 3rd edition of their annual PHSH Tank block party at Kung Fu Necktie.

With the block filled by attendees, bodies moved to the sweet sounds of an intense lineup comprised of DJs and bands such as DJ PHSH, the Illvibe Collective, Dave Mass, $tunt Loco, Swift Technique and many others. As bodies grew weary from dancing, they joined fascinated onlookers as artists such as AIRRAT, Brooks Bell and Mars Five (among an extensive list) created new works of art, utilizing spray paint, acrylic, stencils and a multitude of mediums in front of their audience.

It was a celebration of Philadelphia talent, with local businesses such as Ritual Ritual, The Decades Hat Co.and others sold goods set under tents. Prime Stache’s food truck kept stomachs full.

The 3rd Annual PHSH Tank block party created a memorable all-day union of music, art, fashion and food to wind down the summer.
