Second Annual Tri State Indie Awards @ World Cafe Live.

February 18, 2013

ColdFronts01Congrats to all the winners at last night’s winners at the second annual Tri State Indie Awards, which was held at World Cafe Live. Toy Soldiers‘ frontman Ron Gallo (below) hosted the event, with more than 30 bands, artists, venues and festivals honored after being voted on by fans on the Tri State Indie website.

There were too many winners for us to keep track, though we were there when our pal Ben Runyan stormed the stage after his band, City Rain, was announced as the emerging indie electro experimental band of the year.

Between awards, numerous performers took the stage, including Cold Fronts (top and bottom images).

As soon as Tri State Indie puts out their list of winners, we’ll pass them along.

I’m glad that TOY SOLDIERS won the best rock band award. They have good music.
